I love this mat, because it has a nice compromise between the foamy mats and the traditional thin rubber style, with a good grip on the floor allows you to focus on the poses. It’s easy to clean, with no initial toxic smell.
If you neither need nor want the extra cushion, this mat is probably good for you. It’s not super cushioned but more than a basic yoga mat.
