    Those are great books! I am a more visual person so I would gravitate towards a DVD or video. I bought a couple of Yoga DVDS last year but have not done much with them. I needed to lose some weight, I soon realized when I tried some of the poses! I figured I was about 45 lbs over weight, and have lost 30 lbs since March. I think I will have to go back to Yoga now, no more excuses! I’m going to read your Post on your morning Yoga routine, before I get back to work! Keep up the good work!
