    Thank you for providing easy to follow Yoga poses for weight-loss. I’ve always been a Runner, but recently I am new to Yoga and have started incorporating some poses into my daily stretch routine. I didn’t realise that these simple poses were also important for weight-loss. Cat-Cow is my favourite!! I will definitely encourage people to take up Yoga for increasing their flexibility and strength.

    Thank you so much for all this valuable information! I’m trying to lose weight but never tried to do Yoga for it, however, it seems that it’s a no brainer especially with your step by step guide. I am a complete newbie but these don’t look difficult but definitely easy to learn. I’ll get started asap, thanks!

    These are great beginner yoga moves! I have recently started to incorporate yoga into my daily routine and I do most of these moves!
