    This really looks like a great way to stretch as a beginner or if advanced, without having to get into some of the awkward positions, especially stretching the calves, this will make it twice as easier.

    Great product and very detailed review with showing how to use it with videos, yoga is definitely something all people should practice as it is great for mind, body and soul.

    Thanks very much for this. This is very much like the stretch band that I use in my workouts. It gives great resistance, balance and exercises the muscles. Since I don’t do yoga, I would wonder if the stretch bands would be good for that as well.

    Very interesting article. Its the first time i am hearing about yoga straps. It looks like it can really do some good. I have never done yoga before but who knows what will happen in the future. If it can help with hypertension i may give it a try.
