    Great Article!
    This article made the use of yoga ball a lot easier. I didn’t know I could use it to supplement a chair for a more healthy body. Since I do not have an office, would supplement my study chair with it.
    Hope I would find it comfortable?

    I am just a beginner and I am really having a hard time to use a yoga ball. I just started doing these beginner exercises and I wonder how long does it take to master them?

      be patient and listen to your body
      if you do it daily you will take a less than three months
      always enjoy practicing

    I love my swiss ball but honestly have not thought of using it while I am on the computer! Thank you so much for this awesome idea, because I am trying to find more ways to stay active while working on my blog full time.

    Do you have any other tips that can help me?

      it will be great if you take five minutes and do some shoulders exercise this is very useful for your hands.
