There are hundreds of free online courses to supplement your practice. I start practicing yoga at home first to try out yoga exercise, so I search for free yoga courses that easy-to-follow, and have a good explanation for the basics of every pose.
Here are some of the best free online courses that suitable for both newbies and experienced yogi.
My best course in DOYOUYOGA is “The 30 Days of Yoga Challenge” with Jess Rose. It’s something nice to start your day by practicing yoga, the video length 10-20 minute. There are exercises for increasing your strength, flexibility, and balance quickly and simply.

My favorite course is “14-Day Yoga Challenge with Fiji McAlpine” for intermediate level, it’s covered several topics like deep stretching, balancing, shoulder strength, lower back, hamstrings …etc.
