    I heard that focusing my eyes to on a single point can be extremely helpful but I just can’t seem to focus on it for a long period of time. I just lose focus. What do you recommend for me?

      Start with one minute or a half and focus on something on the ground, every week increase the time depends on your ability.
      don’t rush, it’s easy
      Take your time to do it!

    Nice post! I would like to start Yoga but I am having issues with balance right now, specifically vertigo.

    Can I practice the first two points (calm your mind and focus on your breath) and maybe even focus on a point while sitting cross legged on the floor? If I stand up and close my eyes I get dizzy super fast. I still need to start somewhere.
