! This fusion of yoga, pilates, Barre and Dance for a workout that will firm and tone your entire body while you stretch, strengthen and sweat at the barre and on the mat. Exercises are designed to elongate the muscles, toning the entire body from head to toe! Core muscles are targeted throughout this class as you maintain proper posture and balance to execute these ballet-based exercises. This up-tempo class will have you sweating and strengthening, while you work your muscles, reshaping your body from the top down. There are only 12 spaces per class, so sign up online to guarantee your spot! These classes ARE included in memberships.
