Join Virginia on Sunday November 25th from 2:30 – 3:30pm. Are you interested in helping lower the stress and internal chaos of your life using the valuable techniques of meditation and mindfulness? Do you have a desire to learn to meditate but do not know how to get started? Have you been exploring and experimenting with a meditation practice on your own yet struggle to really establish a regular practice? Have you had a regular practice in the past yet want to deepen this practice with some new perspectives on meditation and to cultivate a new commitment to your practice? This 60 minute session that will include a discussion and practice of meditation techniques, finding a comfortable meditation position and tips on beginning or maintaining a regular meditation practice.
The focus of this session will be the intention of gratitude.
